Search engine placement is the process of which a website operator can make a website to be placed in a particular position within some search engines. This is also known as Pay Per Click advertising, where the advertiser pays a publisher when the ad is clicked on.
An effective keyword list should be:
- Relevant- Relevancy is very important when it comes to advertisements. you do not want to pay for something that isn’t even related to your business, and will not help your company grow.
- Exhaustive- Your keyword search should include popular keywords that are likely to be searched, making your advertisement/website show up as one of the first.
- Expansive- You want to be able to update and keep the keywords relevant as to what is most likely to be searched. You want to keep your keyword list constantly growing and adapting.
